Having recently moved to Houston, Texas, my license as an LPC in the State of Ohio is in inactive status; however I yet provide personal life coaching and empowerment strategies. I earned my Bachelor of Arts(BA) Degree in Psychology while on a full athletic scholarship at Kent State University. I earned my Master of Arts Degree(M.Ed) in Community Counseling from Youngstown State University. I am currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Christian Leadership in the College of Theology at Grand Canyon University.
My work experience exemplifies my commitment and passion for “building people,” and includes case management as a family services social worker, group and individual counseling, family advocate of education, academic advisor/coach, assistant to the Dean of Graduate Studies, project and program management and youth services.
I currently serve as an Associate Minister at Anointed Faith Family Church under the leadership of Pastors Kenny and Brenda Rodgers in Tomball, Texas.
SHINE is actually an acronym for Sharing Hope & Inspiration for New Expectations. All activities and programs are designed with the intent to share hope that inspires, uplifts and encourages peak performance in fulfilling your purpose. Life is filled with swift transitions; all too often, failures, challenges and even successes can alter our view and perception of who we really are. SHINE partners with women through personal life coaching, empowerment sessions and consultation to provide support along the journey to wholeness and fulfillment.
